Who we're looking for

The right person loves digital marketing and dreams of increasing ROAS for clients. This person will be responsible for the technical execution of online marketing campaigns including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok. This job is for you if you love to conduct thorough consultative reviews of a client’s digital marketing performance and provide solid, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams including brand marketing, creative, and sales to truly drive the strategy for multi-channel programs.


Required Skills/Experience

  • — Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines

  • — Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Display and Excel

  • — Skilled in SEO and SEM

  • — Experience running successful campaigns with a proven record of driving results

  • — Experience using web analytics tools and optimizing campaigns based on performance

  • — Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Your responsibilities

  • — Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account management

  • — Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign

  • — Collect and analyze data, identify trends and act on insights ensuring positive ROAS and other Indicators

  • — Collaborate with the Creative team to design engaging campaigns

  • — Oversee the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience

  • — Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients

  • — Execute and present results of key initiatives

  • — Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio

  • — Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals

  • — Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company
