Amazon Data Privacy: REV365 Amazon Intelligence Platform
REV365, LLC · Effective 10/01/2026
What this covers
This page describes how REV365, LLC handles data from Amazon accounts connected to our reporting platform. It supplements our general Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, this page controls Amazon data.
What we access
Only for accounts whose owners have authorized us, we access Amazon advertising data (campaign performance, spend, search terms, targeting) and Amazon vendor data (purchase orders, inventory, sales, traffic, catalog).
How we use it
We use Amazon data only to provide reporting and analysis to the client that owns it. We do not sell it, use it for marketing or customer profiling, or share one client’s data with another client. The general policy’s provisions on third-party data matching and marketing partners do not apply to Amazon data.
Who can access it
Authorized REV365 staff and the users each client designates, with role-based access. We also use service providers, such as hosting, email delivery, and software development tools (including AI-assisted tools), that process data only to operate the platform.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), a private database network with encryption in transit, separation of each client’s data, encryption of stored Amazon access tokens, minimum password requirements of 12 characters, and automatic lockout after repeated failed sign-ins. No system is perfectly secure.
Retention and deletion
We keep Amazon data only as long as needed to provide the service. We delete a client’s Amazon data within 30 days of their written request or the end of our engagement.
Revoking access
Account owners can revoke our access at any time in their Amazon account settings. We stop collecting data once access is revoked.
Security incidents
If a security incident affects Amazon data, we will notify the affected clients and Amazon as required.
