The Problem
Amazon advertising reports show campaign performance, but they don't always reveal how advertising investment relates to overall product sales or inventory availability.
A campaign may generate strong advertising metrics while the product's total sales are declining, or advertising may continue on products with insufficient inventory to support demand.
Without connected information, these relationships can be difficult to identify.
What Changed
REV365 developed an advertising intelligence dashboard that brings campaign, product sales, and inventory data together.
- Connect advertising spend to individual ASIN sales
- Compare advertising activity with inventory availability
- Flag declining ROAS and declining product sales
- Identify campaigns with potential growth opportunities
- Highlight spending that may require investigation
- Provide recommendations and downloadable performance data
The Result
The dashboard gives clients greater visibility into how advertising activity relates to overall product performance.
By connecting sales, advertising, and inventory, teams can identify potential inefficiencies, prioritize optimization opportunities, and make more informed decisions about where to invest their advertising budgets.

The Problem
Mountain Valley Spring Water had a strong brand and distributor network, but needed a better way to connect incoming customer leads with the distributors serving them. The team also needed visibility into visitor behavior and conversions across a varied product line.
What Changed
REV365 built a custom Lead Manager platform to support distribution and sales workflows.
- Route qualified leads to distribution partners
- Help distributors work leads efficiently
- Manage distributor issues through a ticketing system
- Provide company-wide cloud storage
- Create email campaigns within the platform
The Result
The platform gave sales teams, distributors, and headquarters clearer insight into customers, team performance, support, and marketing.

The Problem
Amazon Vendors manage sales information across Manufacturing, Total Sourcing, Retail Sourcing, and B2B Sourcing reports. Understanding how individual products are performing requires reviewing multiple datasets and connecting information that isn't readily available in one place.
This fragmented reporting makes it difficult to identify declining products, unusual return rates, inventory risks, and changes in Amazon's purchasing behavior.
What Changed
REV365 built a centralized sales intelligence dashboard to bring critical product and purchasing information together.
- Combine Manufacturing, Total Sourcing, Retail Sourcing, and B2B Sourcing data
- Highlight top-performing, growing, and declining ASINs
- Show product-level sales and return quantities
- Flag unusually high return rates and purchasing irregularities
- Connect sales performance with inventory and forecasting
- Provide recommended actions and downloadable reports
The Result
The dashboard gives clients a more complete understanding of product performance and helps them identify issues earlier.
Instead of manually assembling reports, teams can focus on the products and trends that need attention, make more informed purchasing and inventory decisions, and use the connected data to support growth planning.

The Problem
The Donaghey Foundation, associated with the Donaghey Scholars Honors Program at UA Little Rock, previously had a limited web presence within the university's website. It needed a distinct digital identity and a better way to showcase its alumni, their achievements, the Foundation's contributions to UA Little Rock, and the program's history.
The challenge went beyond launching a new website. The Foundation needed an organized, sustainable way to maintain alumni information, invite scholars to share their stories, document its support for the university, and bring relevant program news together in one place.
What Changed
REV365 created a new logo, visual identity, and dedicated website for the Foundation, with a custom Webflow CMS at its core.
- Built an alumni directory organized by graduating class year
- Created an alumni submission form for biographies and updates
- Established a manual editorial review process to clean up submissions and ensure biographies use a consistent third-person voice before publication
- Configured conditional CMS content so alumni with complete biographies can appear as featured scholars, while others remain linked in their class directories
- Compiled and showcased the Foundation's contributions to UA Little Rock, giving visitors a clearer picture of its support and impact
- Built CMS-managed news and events content to bring together relevant articles and program updates
The Result
The Donaghey Foundation now has its own digital identity and a central home for its alumni community, its contributions to UA Little Rock, and the stories surrounding the program.
Its CMS-driven directory makes generations of scholars easier to explore, while the submission and editorial workflow helps the Foundation collect alumni stories without sacrificing consistency or quality. Flexible profile displays allow the directory to remain useful even when complete biographies are unavailable.
By presenting the Foundation's contributions alongside alumni achievements and news, the site helps communicate both the people behind the program and the Foundation's ongoing role at the university.

The Problem
Riceland already had an Amazon Store but wasn't using the channel's full potential. The team needed improvements across advertising, product assets, reviews, and fulfillment to drive stronger sales.
What Changed
REV365 strengthened Riceland's Amazon presence through coordinated marketplace improvements.
- Fulfillment by Amazon and Prime shipping
- Alexa Skills for Riceland products
- Amazon Brand Store launch
- Expanded advertising
- Updated store graphics and product photography
The Result
Within two years, REV365 increased online sales by 495% and achieved a 7x return on ad spend.

The Problem
Amazon Vendor Central spreads purchase order, shipment, receiving, invoicing, and payment information across multiple reports. This makes it difficult for brands to track the complete purchase order lifecycle, identify discrepancies, and recover money owed.
For two REV365 clients, duplicate shipments and mismatched items created financial discrepancies that were difficult to uncover and investigate through standard reporting.
What Changed
REV365 developed a custom dashboard that connected purchasing, receiving, invoicing, remittance, inventory, and forecasting information in one place.
- Flag purchase orders with receiving discrepancies
- Identify invoicing and remittance irregularities
- Send automated email notifications when issues are detected
- Provide supporting documentation and recommended resolution steps
- Monitor purchase order declines and inventory availability
The Result
REV365 helped identify approximately $128,000 in potential recoveries across two Amazon Vendor accounts. This information allowed the clients to initiate invoices and pursue recovery of shortages.
The dashboard also gives clients a clearer view of purchasing activity, helps them investigate discrepancies more efficiently, and supports better inventory planning.

The Problem
Rebel Athletic's uniform design team needed an intuitive way to manage design requests, project information, and creative files within its internal web application, DesignLink.
Managers needed visibility into the status of requests, while designers needed straightforward access to project briefs, assignments, and associated artwork. The interface also needed to make previously uploaded files easy to store and find without separating asset management from the design workflow.
What Changed
REV365 designed the interface and user experience for DesignLink, helping Rebel Athletic bring a complex internal creative workflow into a cohesive application experience. Our contributions focused on UI design, user flows, interaction design, and select functionality.
- Request management: Give managers visibility into design requests and their progress
- Designer workspaces: Make project briefs, assignments, and related information easy to access
- Project file management: Allow designers to upload and organize files directly within each project
- Searchable asset library: Help team members locate previously uploaded artwork and resources
By bringing project tracking and file management into one experience, the interface supports the day-to-day needs of both designers and managers.
The Result
DesignLink provides Rebel Athletic with a unified interface for its uniform design workflow, from incoming requests to project files.
Managers can track the status of design work, designers can access briefs and upload deliverables, and previously completed assets remain organized and searchable.
Through thoughtful interface design, streamlined user flows, and targeted functional contributions, REV365 helped shape a purpose-built application experience around the way Rebel Athletic's creative team works.

The Problem
Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) needed engaging video advertisements that would capture attention, communicate a clear message, and work effectively across social media and paid advertising platforms.
Each ad needed to accommodate different aspect ratios and placements while maintaining a consistent visual identity. With limited time to capture viewers' attention, the creative had to deliver its message quickly and effectively.
Readability was especially important. Graphics and messaging needed to remain clear even at smaller sizes, requiring concise copy, strong visual hierarchy, and consistent design across every format.
What Changed
REV365 developed multiple creative variations by combining video footage, destination imagery, bold typography, and motion graphics.
The advertisements ranged from simple, footage-focused edits to more dynamic compositions featuring animated text, transitions, and branded logo elements. Each variation was adapted to different aspect ratios and advertising placements while maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
Destination imagery played a central role in the creative direction. Footage and photography highlighted local landmarks and the unique personality of each destination, while background music helped establish the tone and energy of each video.
To ensure the message stood out, REV365 emphasized “NON-STOP FLIGHTS” through bold typography and carefully selected keywords. This approach made the primary message immediately recognizable, even when viewers only glanced at an advertisement.
Throughout the process, the creative balanced visual engagement with clarity, ensuring each variation communicated effectively without overwhelming the viewer.
The Result
The project delivered a versatile collection of video advertisements and creative variations ready for use across social media and paid digital campaigns.
A consistent visual direction brought the campaign together, while multiple formats and creative approaches provided flexibility for different placements, audiences, and advertising objectives.
The finished assets gave XNA a cohesive set of promotional videos that combined engaging destination imagery, motion graphics, and clear messaging to highlight its nonstop flight offerings.

The Problem
Amazon listings need to help shoppers find the product, understand its benefits, and decide whether it meets their needs.
Unclear titles, generic bullet points, and incomplete descriptions can leave important questions unanswered. As shoppers increasingly explore products through conversational searches and AI shopping assistants, clear and relevant product information becomes even more valuable.
Without connected copy and visuals, brands can miss opportunities to stand out and build purchase confidence.
What Changed
REV365 optimizes the entire listing, bringing search strategy, persuasive copy, and branded design together.
We research relevant keywords and customer questions, then use those insights to improve titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
We structure product information for traditional search and AI assisted shopping, clearly explaining benefits, uses, specifications, and compatibility.
Custom A+ Content brings each product to life through compelling imagery, clear feature highlights, and branded storytelling that helps shoppers understand its value.
The Result
The updated listings give shoppers a clearer understanding of each product and stronger reasons to choose it.
By connecting keyword optimization, informative copy, and custom A+ Content, brands create a consistent shopping experience that supports discovery and confident purchasing decisions.
This gives brands a stronger foundation for conversion, advertising performance, and growth on Amazon.

The Problem

What Changed
REV365 redesigned the website with a mobile-responsive layout, clearer navigation, and expanded treatment information. Dedicated pages offer a closer look at manual therapy, dry needling, McKenzie MDT, spinal stabilization, myofascial release, and non-surgical spinal decompression, explaining what each involves and how it fits into the clinic’s approach to care. We also improved site speed and accessibility to make the experience easier to navigate and use.
The Result
Innovative Spine Rehab now has a faster, more informative website that helps patients explore their options and take the next step toward care. The responsive experience brings treatment information, team introductions, and appointment inquiries together in one accessible place.
